No coffee available on second day of stay due to a machine being broken and there was no "backup" machine. Elevator was broken for most of our stay. There were 2 but the one was "Out of Service"

The staff is the star at this location!! Very friendly and helpful, really above and beyond! The hotel was clean! However, the bathroom kept shutting and it is SMALL!! The bedding is pretty cheap too!! They definitely cut some corners when they built this space!

Nice noisy

Nice room and staff. Extremely noisy due to kids running around till nearly midnight. Parents drinking and eating pizza in lobby also very loud . Staff tried to get control but were ignored and overwhelmed
