Our holiday park is located at a unique location on the water with its own marina and/or moorings. That means ultimate enjoyment! At our park, you can choose to stay in a cozy, modern, and compact house or a sustainable and comfortable villa. Nature, luxury, and water (sports), you will find it all at our park, that will be a wonderful holiday!
Of course, the best is to fully enjoy and relax at your holiday house, but we also understand that you want to get out and about. Good news; there is plenty to do around in the Netherlands. For example, visit the pleasant village of Maurik and stroll through the streets. Or take a lovely walk or bike ride at the Utrechtse Heuvelrug. Of course, an afternoon of sailing cannot be missed in our water landscape; the Betuwe is the perfect location for this! In short, you certainly don't have to be bored. Due to the unique location, abundant facilities, and tranquility, you will immediately experience a wonderful holiday feeling!


Our luxurious, charming, and detached holiday villas, designed for 2-4 guests, offer stunning views of the water and/or one of the marinas. These villas provide exceptional privacy, and a high level of comfort and feature a spacious hardwood terrace – the perfect setting for a memorable waterside experience.
The villas are designed to feel incredibly spacious, thanks to their high ceilings and large glass windows, allowing plenty of natural light and offering magnificent views of the water. Inside, you'll find a modern and airy living room furnished with a stylish sofa, comfortable armchairs, a dining area for four, air conditioning (upon request), and a large flat-screen TV. It’s an ideal spot to share a delicious meal, enjoy a board game, or unwind with a movie. The well-equipped kitchen includes everything you need to showcase your cooking skills, such as a fridge-freezer, hob with integrated extractor fan, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, and Nespresso coffee machine.
Each villa has two bedrooms, each featuring two single box-spring beds and a flat-screen TV. Both rooms offer ample storage space, and upon arrival, your beds will be made for you. The luxurious, spacious bathroom includes a double sink, rain shower, and toilet. From the living room, you can access the beautifully landscaped hardwood terrace and the adjacent lawn, which is furnished with a comfortable dining table for four and a parasol for shade.
If you have your boat, the harbor is just a short walk away, offering easy access to the Lower Rhine. Our villas are smoke-free, equipped with WiFi, and have indoor storage space. You’ll also find parking for one car at the accommodation, with no issues.

Located in Maurik in the scenic Betuwe region, this charming spot is ideal for nature lovers and families. Close to the "Eiland van Maurik" recreational lake, it offers plentiful water activities like swimming, sailing, and paddleboarding, plus beach areas and picnic spots. The surrounding landscape is perfect for cycling and walking trails, winding through beautiful orchards and along the Rijn (Rhine) River.

Nearby historic towns like Wijk bij Duurstede, Tiel, and Buren add a cultural touch, each with its own unique heritage, festivals, and cozy cafes. For those seeking larger natural reserves, the lush Utrechtse Heuvelrug National Park is a short drive away and ideal for hiking. The Betuwe region’s rich agricultural scene also makes it easy to enjoy fresh, local produce at nearby markets and cafes. With its riverside views, charming villages, and outdoor activities, this location in Maurik offers a perfect mix of relaxation and adventure.

 Arrival and Departure:Check-in is available from 4:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.Check-out must be completed by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.Guests are asked to return the key at the designated location upon departure.
Booking Requirements:Bookings are confirmed upon advance payment, with final payment required before arrival.Weekly rentals are mandatory during peak holiday periods; otherwise, daily arrivals are allowed, except on Sundays.
Accommodation Rules:Overnight visitors must be registered in advance. Additional charges for bed linen and tourist tax may apply.Youth groups and parties are not permitted.Business stays or reservations are available on request and subject to approval.
Facilities and Amenities:Bed linens and towels are provided in most cases; please check your booking confirmation for details.Baby cots, if available, do not include bed linen—guests are advised to bring their own.
Pets:Pets may be permitted by prior arrangement, as indicated in the property description.Pet owners are responsible for their pets, ensuring they do not disturb other guests or neighbors.
