Enjoy its large garden, a hot tub usable all year round for moments of relaxation and a terrace equipped with a barbecue to savour convivial meals during the sweet summer evenings. Nestled in the countryside, in peace and quiet, this house will offer you a truly rejuvenating stay, whilst being close to the historical and natural treasures of the region, such as the Miremont fortress and the prehistoric sites of the Eyzies.



Push the gate and enter the courtyard of this beautiful property. Upon crossing the front door, you will discover a vast living space of over 40 m², where a large dining table for 8 people awaits you to share your meals with family or friends. The lounge, comfortable and welcoming, is equipped with a sofa, a television and a coffee table, perfect for your moments of relaxation. At the end of the room, on the right, is the modern and fully equipped kitchen, with refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave and dishwasher, offering everything you need to cook easily. For your breakfasts, a kettle, a toaster and a Senseo coffee maker are at your disposal.



Halfway up the stairs, discover the first bedroom, equipped with a King Size bed (180x190 cm), with direct access to the jacuzzi. As well as a bathroom with shower and independent toilet. Going up to the upper floor, you will find two other bedrooms: a large bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm) and a smaller one with two single beds.



Cross the courtyard and go up the stairs of the annex to access the fourth bedroom, spacious, nearly 20 m², equipped with a Queen Size bed and a private bathroom with shower and toilet.



For your comfort, a washing machine is at your disposal during your stay, and two parking spaces are available in the courtyard.
