Discover the magic of Mazatlán from this beautiful apartment located on the ground floor within Villa Vicario, in the heart of the Historic Center. With charming decor and spacious spaces, it`s the perfect place for large families or groups of friends. Sleeps up to 8 people!
You will be steps from the main attractions of Mazatlán: Plazuela Machado, theaters, cafes, galleries, restaurants, and a few minutes from the boardwalk and the beach.

The Historic Center of Mazatlán, also known as `Old Mazatlán`, is one of the most emblematic and vibrant areas of the city. Its restored colonial architecture, cobblestone streets and bohemian atmosphere make it a must-see destination for tourists and locals alike.
What makes the Historic Center special:
🏛 ️ Traditional architecture: 19th century buildings with colorful facades, wrought iron balconies and neoclassical details.
🎭 Living culture: Here you will find the famous Ángela Peralta Theater, Plazuela Machado, museums, art galleries and cultural spaces that offer concerts, exhibitions and events throughout the year.
🍽 ️ Gastronomy and nightlife: Restaurants serving local and international cuisine, cafes, bars with live music and terraces with sunset views.
🎨 Artistic and bohemian atmosphere: Murals, urban sculptures and street artists give it a creative and relaxed touch.
🏖 ️ Privileged location: Just a few minutes walk from the boardwalk, beaches, municipal market and tourist spots such as the Cathedral Basilica and the Mazatlán Lighthouse.

The best way to explore the Historic Center is on foot.
The streets are narrow, cobbled and full of life.
Everything is close: Plazuela Machado, the Ángela Peralta Theater, restaurants, cafes, museums and the boardwalk are just a few minutes walk away.
🛺 Pulmonias (typical Mazatlán vehicle)
They are like open golf carts, very popular and emblematic.
Ideal for short trips within the center, or walks along the boardwalk.
They don`t have a fixed rate, so negotiate the price before getting on (ask how much when getting on or make an agreement with the driver).
🚕 Taxis and apps
Traditional taxis are available in the area.
Uber and DiDi operate in Mazatlán and can be cheaper than a taxi or pneumonia for long distances.
The apps work well within the center, but sometimes there is little availability during peak hours.
🚲 Bicycles or scooters
There are areas of the boardwalk with rental of bicycles or electric scooters.
Although the center has narrow streets, you can use them to go out to the boardwalk or travel long stretches comfortably.
🚌 Public transport
There are urban trucks that connect the center with other areas of Mazatlán (such as the Golden Zone or the Aquarium), although they can be confusing for tourists.
They are an economical option, but not so comfortable if you don`t know the routes well.
