🚪 Step 1: Enter the Fortress (a.k.a. Main Gate)
On the morning of your arrival (by 8:00 AM), you’ll receive a TOP SECRET MAIN GATE CODE and/or a fancy QR code. That’s your golden ticket to get through the Visitors Gate.

💡 Important! This code is just for you and your stay — don’t share it with strangers or squirrels.
If the gate gives you a hard time, just chat with the friendly gate security folks. They’ve got your back.

Drive on in, cruise past the parking lot, and head toward the second tower, called Torre 3.
🚗 Park anywhere in front of the building – it’s first come, first parked!

🔐 Step 2: Apartment Door – Secret Code Required!
Your 4-digit apartment door code is waiting for you in the Rental Ninja Guest Experience App!

Open the app, tap the tab called “How to Enter the Building”, then hit the big blue button:

To unlock the door:
