GOOD TO KNOW
This independently owned home is not affiliated with Massanutten Resort. Resort activities require separate admission and can sell out; advance reservations are recommended. The seasonal community pool is typically available Memorial Day through Labor Day for $6 per person, per day, subject to MPOA availability and price changes.
A car is essential. AWD or 4WD is recommended during active winter weather. The driveway fits two cars; free overflow parking is available at 4007 Peak Drive. No buses, campers, or RVs may be parked at the home or on neighborhood roads.
Exterior cameras monitor and record the front and back outdoor areas. Quiet hours are 10 PM–8 AM. No smoking, pets, events, or open fires. The fire table may not be used during quiet hours and must never be left unattended. The home is in a wooded setting, so guests may encounter wildlife, insects, or arachnids. Package delivery is unavailable. The primary renter must be at least 25, and a signed rental agreement is required within 24 hours of booking.
