I won't be staying here again! Out skiing, with another night paid for, I got a text "Thanks for checking out" and spent all afternoon trying to make contact to remedy the situation and ensure my luggage was secure. I texted, called, e-mailed... I will say, after I read the riot act, a nice woman manager listened to my complaints and I was given a voucher for dinner which helped. So at check-in the hotel was almost empty, but they put me in a room next to one of the few occupied (an employee?) that seemed to be practicing WWF wrestling slams as I tried to sleep. Constant loud banging. Then at 4:00 AM I'm woken by a droning TV. Poor management, poor communication, and poor choices, a bunch of stupid texts I couldn't reply to, an awful phone contact system are all things that should be fixed.

We had such a fun time at Massanutten Resort! Snowboarding, snow tubing, and ice skating were all a blast, and the staff was so friendly. Perfect place for family winter fun—we can’t wait to come back!

The staff are friendly and rooms are clean. However, the photos make it seem that you can take your children downstairs to the gameroom, or walk to the pool, hot tub, etc. Instead, rooms are miles from the amenities and you have to drive to everything because there is no safe walking path. The ski resort also does not offer a shuttle in the winter. The evening show performer was good but you can't see from most seats and they don't sell snacks or drinks. It also reeked of propane. You bave yi wait hours for a response to phone and email messages and our fireplace was broken on arrival. Also, the restaurant didn't accept carryout orders, and at 8pm the wait was still one hour. No smart TVs or Keurig offered in rooms. Better off renting a house off-site...

We have been We have been coming for 4 years now, and each year, our room has been more amazing. We were in a very spacious condo this time in an area where we were one of the only ones there, which was fantastic. The room was spotless and looked like it had just been renovated. There were a couple of maintenance issues such as a faulty smoke alarm. Maintenance came right out and helped correct all problems - including other minor issues that we noticed. The amenities were fantastic and we were extra surprised to find a communal washer/dryer. We loved our stay!

The staff gave us wrong keys for a different room, and couldn't contact Front Desk because they didn’t answer. When finally able to get in the room, TV didn’t work neither Wifi. The room is very simple, like a two stars hotel. With mold and outdated. Don’t expect even bottled water in the room because there won’t be. This was the kind of ‘hotel experience’ that you dont want to repeat. More like college students Hotel. There is only one ‘decent’ restaurant in the resort, and we had to wait more that an hour to have dinner. Don’t recommend this resort.
