We needed a place to stay to see a concert at Wolf Trap, and the Watermark looked like a good choice. Boy, was it ever! The hotel is new and clean and shiny (OK, only the places that ought to be shiny are shiny). Staff members are polite and professional, with check-in taking just a couple of minutes. The rooms are spacious and immaculate, the beds super-comfortable and the bathroom is generously-sized, well lit and spotless. Regrettably we were at the Watermark for only one night, or we would have taken advantage of The Perch, a rooftop entertainment venue with mini-golf, bocce, a beer garden, an amphitheater and a couple of "food trucks." But we did at least have a chance to walk around. Parking is in a parking garage in the same building as the hotel. The signs directing one to the correct garage entrance are a little bit too subtle, but if that's all I have to complain about, then I'm a pretty happy camper. We will be back!

It was all fabulous especially in a place where there is so many buildings around this hotel offered a great area to walk, enjoy the sunshine, play games, drink, listen to music, or lay/sit in the park area.

Stayed a night for my annual mom’s getaway. Delightful! The room is massive and super clean. Facilities are nice. Gym was well stocked but the layout was a bit weird. Loved the parking access, access to the Perch and Star hill brewery, and Wegmans. Was a bit confusing at first to find the right parking garage though. The only complaint is they don’t have enough common gathering areas or places to relax. Looks like they’re mostly relying on outdoor space, which is fine i suppose. I know what they were trying to do with the key card activated elevators - kind of cool but my key card kept getting deactivated so it was obnoxious. All in all, great value for the stay and top notch amenities. I also loved the the breakfast options

My husband and I travel often to see out children who live in 3 different cities. We stay in a lot of hotels. This is by far the nicest property we have ever stayed in. The rooms (we stayed in a junior suite) were reasonably priced, well-appointed, spacious, comfortable, and clean. The fitness room was wonderful in that there were many machines to use, treadmills, a Peleton, eliptical and recumbant bikes as well as weights and weight machines. The breakfast was plentiful with VERY friendly staff. We drive an EV and there were ChargePoint chargers in the garage. Check out is late which is also wonderful. Most importantly to us is we travel with 2 services dogs. There is a LARGE grassy area and dog park for them. The Perch they call is way more than a perch: it has a putting green, food truck area, tables and lovely landscaping all over. I can't say enough nice things about this property. Thank you for a lovely stay!!
