Meidän Mökki sijaitsee aivan edessä Floradale ry. Kirjaimellisesti askeleen päässä lämmitetty uima-allas ja liukumäki. Niin kätevä kaikille, mutta varsinkin jos sinulla on lapsia oman puolueen. Sinulla on myös pääsy Club House, Shuffleboard, lieka pallo, Kengitys, tennis ja koripallo tuomioistuimissa sekä 400ft yksityisen yhdistyksen rannalla ja meidän veneen liukua ilman lisämaksua.

Meidän mökki on 3 makuuhuonetta, 2 queen vuodetta ja 1 2 sarjaa kerrossänkyä. Olohuone on Queen ja Twin Sleeper. On 2 kylpyhuonetta, joista toisessa suihku vain, muut täysi kylpyamme kylpyamme. On myös suuri täysin varustettu keittiö ja iso ruokasali. Mökki on myös suuri kannella ja iso patio sekä jossa nurmikkoa huonekalut, ulkogrilli, ja oma palo kuoppaan.

Olemme hiljattain remontoitu mökki ja se näyttää hämmästyttävän. Kaikki uudet Windows, kansi, ja ulkoa, sekä 2 ilmaa ja lämpöä yksikköä! Tämä mökki ei petä.

Tiedämme, että vuokralaiset maksavat hyvän määrän pysyäksesi kiinteistössämme ja ottaa sen hyvin vakavasti. Otamme myös ne, jotka ovat kirjoittaneet arvioinnin meille erittäin vakavasti, ja teemme työtä, jotta kaikki vieraat olisivat onnellisia ja mukavia. Puhelinnumeromme ja sähköpostimme on lähetetty tähän listaan ja ne ovat aina olleet helposti saatavilla mökissämme. Toivomme, että jos meillä on jotakin asiaa, huolta tai kysymystä, jotka vuokralaisemme ilmoittavat meille niistä heti, jotta voimme varmistaa erinomaisen loman!

Talletuspalautukset lähetetään sekillä kahden viikon kuluessa oleskelusi jälkeen. Tämä sallii meidän siivoushenkilöstömme kommunikoida kanssamme ja postin toimittamiseen.

Vain muutaman kilometrin päässä on valtion puisto dyynit, jossa voit ratsastaa läpi hiekkaan tai kävellä. Voit myös ottaa dyyni ratsastaa Mac Woods tai vuokrata buginen repiä dyynit itse. Myös 22 kilometrin kivetty pyörä / vaellusreitti sekä mini-golf, törmäily, go-kärryt, ja monet erikoisliikkeet selata. Joten varaa loma tänään kesällä / syksyllä 2019/2020! The cottage could use some updates. The refrigerator seal isn’t complete. The bed mattresses caused lots of sore backs for our family members. The microwave was missing the glass plate for the turntable.

Perfect spot close to Silver Lake

This is an ideal location for a family, especially if you have little ones. The pool is 50 yards away, Silver Lake is 1/4 mile down the road, and the dunes are close too. Very clean, comfortable and well stocked.

Fantastic cottage

What a wonderful weekend get away! Stayed with my parents and aunt. Came to see our grand daughter. Great location close to her in Muskegon but far enough away to have some fun in/around Silver Lake! Cottage was clean and well equipped with all of the necessities. Beds were comfortable, plenty of dishes, owners were great. Just across the street (one block) from Silver Lake. Great fire pit. Even though the pool was closed for the winter, perfect location/proximity to the pool. We could see it from the living room. Definitely would go,back!

Wonderful!

Great location next to pool & clubhouse. Tetherball, tennis courts, basketball court. Lots to do. We enjoyed shuffleboard and making smores by the firepit. House is so much larger than it appears from the outside, and (except for the squeeky top bunk), it is very quiet. Everyone had a great time.

Perfect spot at Silver Lake!

This is the second time we have stayed in this amazing vacation cottage on Silver Lake. It is clean and inviting. We had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our week and even thought the weather wasn't great this location offered plenty of things for us to do. Pictures don't do it justice. Love it! The owners went out of their way!

Cottage getaway

Great Location

Our family had a wonderful time at the Dune Daze cottage. Had everything we needed. So many fun activities for all of us to do in the community. The pool was great. Short drive to the Sand Dunes and Lake Michigan.

Great location

It was a great 4 day extended weekend vacation. The pool was nice and warm, heated, and super close to this property. Half mile from the public boat access and only a few miles from some great shops and dinner options. Overall everything was awesome and the owners checked in with us a few times. No complaints.

Great Family Vacation

We had such an amazing stay. We’ve been coming up to this area for years and needed a bigger cottage with two baths. We were right next to the pool, great yard to play in, awesome views, decks and patio spaces and a short walk to lake. Beach decor, washer/dryer and dishwasher all mad this trip convenient too.... Beds were comfortable and bedding was cute. This cottage is a gem.

Nice comfortable cottage in a great location to both lakes and activities

Our families enjoyed a great Labor Day week end at Dune Daze with all the conveniences of home. The pool is a nice addition and safe for small children. We enjoyed eating outside and an evening fire. We would recommend this property to our friends in the future. The property manager communicated with us making sure everything was in good working condition.

Pure Michigan in 360 degrees!

We just completed a week's stay at Dune Daze and what a perfect week we enjoyed. We found the house very well equipped (we were impressed) and in great condition. The deck is beautiful and shaded in the afternoon. The heated pool is much larger than pictures and is just a few steps from the deck. This made Dune Daze ideal for our family and two small grandchildren. The clubhouse is also very nice and there is plenty for kids/families to enjoy. We also loved the fire pit on the north side of the house. We did use bottled water to drink and to prepare meals but we knew the water was well water before arriving so it was no problem at all. We give our highest recommendation on this property for families and small children. With the three bedrooms and two full baths we had plenty of room for 6 adults and 3 children. We hope to return next year!

Summer Fun at Dune Daze Cabin

You can’t ask for a more perfect location in the Floradale resort community! Located next to the pool, shuffle board and tetherball, there is always something fun to do just steps out the back door. I also love the numerous gathering areas this cabin provides, both in and outside the house. Our property owner was very communicative about our check in and inquiries and even checked in with us after a quick storm blew through the area to be sure there were no problems. We had an excellent week!

Great Family time

We rented two places in the Floradale group for a family vacation, and Dune Daze was wonderful. It was as pictured, clean, nicely decorated, and we loved the patio overlooking the pool. The only thing I would note is that the water was perfectly safe but quite smelly with mineral content such that showers smelled badly and we did not use it for drinking.

Beautiful cottage, frustrations with booking/ property owner

I booked the cottage and paid everything in full on March 3rd . I received a email from the property owner on May 23 that she was awaiting another payment of $600.00 and that it was overdue! Contacted property owner explained that I paid in full and she still insisted I still owed. So I contacted vrbo, they were even more clueless and I couldn't understand the broken version of English they were speaking. After missing a half day of work and listening to everyone go back and forth, finally the property owner calls me and tells me she made the mistake and didn't realize the security deposit gets deposited in a escrow account, not her account. So she sent a 600 payment request to VRBO, AND THEY PUT IT THROUGH!!! Making me responsible for the money I already paid. How does vrbo allow payments to be added after total payment has been made? Should I still be responsible for the processing fees when I had to miss work to fix the mix up that vrbo was responsible for?The house could've been a little cleaner upon arrival. The location was great. Right beside the pool and clubhouse, walking distance to the private beach area that overlooked the dunes. Short drive to ORV dune area. Plenty of parking for trailer. Really nice vacation spot if you don't mind what it takes to get there😤.

wonderful place to stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage. It was clean and was a wonderful place to stay. Our grandchildren loved the swimming pool and it was so nice and close for us! We hope to stay again!
