Great stay with Iftar option for a family with 2 kids. The way to the Haram was very convinient with esclators. Welcome coffee at the reception over the day (after iftar in Ramadan with dates). The receptionist ladies were very welcoming and allowed our pick-up car to stay longer for free until we loaded everything. One of us missed the Iftar time during Taraweeh praying, which was automatically converted to Sohour meal.

The suit rooms were spotless. The staff were courteous, helpful and generous. The kids stayed with us very comfartably and enjoyed the meals with us in the restaurant. Serving free coffee and dates in the reception was a great sign of welcomness. The short-walk to the Haram was very convenient as well as being picked up by a car, where the car waits us just in front of the hotel entry door.

The room was indeed spotless and everyone was so helpful, kind and thoughtful. We arrived at 8 am (many hours till our check in time), but the staff were kind enough to let us check in early. The room was spacious and they payed attention to detail, there was a scale (which can be used to weight your bags), there was a sewing kit too, prayer mat, a sign pointing where the qibla was. What I’m trying to say is that they payed attention to small details which I absolutely love. The distance from haram is literally 5 mins walk. Would definitely recommend it!

Hello We did enjoy our stay in Anjum Hotel, even though we got lost inside because of its immense size! Furthermore I would recommend staff to pay more attention on cleaning the room each time we left, we had to call management to request for the room to be cleaned even though we left signage outside door for it to be cleaned.

A brilliant stay! The room was clean and modern. The in-room amenities were abundant. The staff were charming. The Housekeeping staff on floor 12 were terrific, as was Raju and the captain at the F-level restaurant. I stayed with my mother, who was made to feel very welcome.
