Okay but left a lot to be desired

Everything was as pictured, except when it came to using amenities. Specifically, the jacuzzi. The manager Santiago was attentive for the first couple of hours. However, the jacuzzi never got fixed. A technician was sent the first day, but the issue was never resolved. When we asked for an update on getting the jacuzzi fixed, he went radio silent. It was also not the most pleasant stay given the construction on the next door units. Safe to say, no one appreciates being waking up by drills and hammers on the wall. The only good thing, it has is the location of the property. In conclusion, I would never stay here again.
