The room had a strong Chlorine odor. Notified the staff, and they said it's from cleaning the bathroom. Chlorine flares up my sinuses and renders me sleepless. The A/C did not work. It would continue cooling with disregard to the temperature it was set at. multiple complaints to the staff ended in changing the room, but by that time we had a sleepless night. Although the staff eventually did change our room, but it took them several tries with maintenance, resulting in us have a BAD night.

The location is very close to the Provenza so there isn’t really any separation from the “party.” There is a lot of people due to the retail space in the hotel. The walls are very thin and you could hear everything in the next room and hallways. The room themselves were small but clean. The rooftop breakfast/ restaurant is amazing. The food and views were very good. The night staff felt more like bouncers than actual hosts.
