This hotel was perfect for my wife and i. All the staff was real friendly and courteous. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast they have. The location of the hotel is really convenient, everything is real close by. You can walk to all the restaurants and tours near by. We will definitely be coming back to this hotel in the future.

I recently stayed at Hashtag98 Hotel in Medellín and had a very pleasant experience overall. Although the room was small, it was very well designed and had everything I needed. It felt modern, cozy, and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The bed was very comfortable and allowed me to sleep well every night. The shower was also comfortable, with good water pressure and temperature. I stayed on the 7th floor and was impressed by how quiet it was, with almost no street noise, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Room service was excellent throughout my stay, consistently reliable and well prepared each day. It added a lot of convenience and comfort. The front desk service truly stood out. Camilo was incredibly helpful, offering great recommendations on places to visit, answering all my questions, and always checking in to make sure everything was going well and that I was enjoying my time in Medellín. Overall, the stay was smooth, comfortable, and very pleasant. Between the thoughtful room design, excellent service, quiet environment, and attentive staff, I would definitely recommend Hashtag98 Hotel and would gladly stay there again.

La empleada de front desk que nos recibio el primer dìa no es nada amable ni mucho menos fue de ayuda cuando consultamos sobre opciones de lavanderias y tiendas. Al menos otros dos empleados fueron muy amables. Solicite a empleada de limpieza que verificaran la nevera que no enfriaba y nunca lo hicieròn en los cuatro dias de estadia. El a/c no enfriaba tampoco muy bien. Se siente mucho los ruidos externos.

Didn’t respond to queries I had before we arrived. Water leak down the wall above the toilet Shower pressure was weak and temperature was extremely difficult to control and kept changing. Handle wasn’t secure on the wall. No laundry service, just got told to take it to the laundromat a few blocks away Both connected restaurants couldn’t charge to your room. Breakfast layout needs more utensils, major cross contamination issues. Front of house staff were playing inappropriate music very loudly. Staff themselves though were great! Housekeeping was very thorough and pristine clean every day. Wouldn’t call it a 5 star hotel though.

This hotel was fine. I read a lot of reviews for similar style hotels in the area and most got the same kinds of reviews so I'm not sure it possible to find the perfect hotel at the right price point in this neighborhood. El Poblado is great! Highly recommend the neighborhood and the location is great. The rooms were fine and clean. However, we booked a double room to stay with our son and there is no door on the bathroom which is a bizarre and inconvenient design choice. Who wants to stay in a room with no door blocking the person showering from view of others in the room? Additionally, the hotel has a huge sign advertising that is keeps vigilant against human trafficking - that is great! But there is no deadbolt (chain lock) on the door. This is a huge security risk for a traveler and I would not stay at the hotel again purely for this reason. Lastly, as with many other hotels in the area, it is incredibly incredibly loud at night. We were on floor 7. I think the noise was from the roof bar, so maybe lower floors are less loud. I don't know. They provide a white noise machine in the room, which definitely helped. I think the noise is somewhat unavoidable in the neighborhood based on reviews of other hotels, so the noise machine was nice. Overall, the hotel was nice. But the lack of bathroom door and security lock would deter from staying again.
