Most of the staff was very good.. especially David and Alejandro the property was nice, location decent, but they didn’t have all the amenities as advertised I.e business center and concierge and wi-fi was very inconsistent - there was no offer to compensate for the lesser value than expected and charged 1/2 night rate for 4 hr early check-in when room was not occupied the night before.
