Had such a great time, the rooms are beautiful I stayed in the Junior suite and it was beautiful and luxurious. Staff are amazing and very helpful, definitely recommend this hotel specially if you’re solo traveling, rooftop upstairs is beautiful with an awesome view! Just wish they had a happy hour but other than that 10/10 can’t wait to be back!!! And also the chefs from open to close are amazing!!!

Una pesadilla. Toda la semana que estuvimos hubo problemas primera noche se nos fue la luz por un alto voltaje en el hotel y los demas dias se fue el agua nos tuvimos que bañar con botellas de agua no fue hasta la ultima noche que solo nos dieron un galon por cuarto. Una experiencia espantosa.

The hotel is in a great location, very clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. However, if you’re staying on the 7th floor, be prepared for loud music from the rooftop bar that goes on until 2am. We contacted the front desk multiple times, and while the volume would be lowered briefly, it quickly went back to full blast. Unfortunately, it made it really hard to relax or get any sleep after a long day. If you’re a light sleeper, I’d recommend requesting a room on a lower floor or considering a different hotel.

My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing due to poor management and a lack of accountability for their own errors. I had reserved and received confirmation for a king room with a jacuzzi and a city view. However, upon arrival, I was informed that the room had been double-booked and there was nothing they could do. I was instead placed in a standard room with a view of a neighboring building. After persistent efforts, I was able to speak with the manager, Senefelder Guzman, who eventually agreed over the phone and email to issue a full refund within five business days. Unfortunately, after the five-day period, I was informed that I would only receive a partial refund (30%), less than half of what I originally paid. To make matters worse, as I was leaving, I spoke with another guest who was experiencing the exact same issue during check-in. I strongly advise future travelers to avoid this property and consider alternative accommodations to save yourself time, stress, and disappointment.

Una experiencia espantosa!!! Llegamos el lunes 28 de abril para 1 semana de estadia al momento todo bien, un hotel muy bonito pero sin saber que comenzaba una semana de pesadilla. Como a las 3:40am se nos fue la luz en el cuarto cuando me comunico al counter me dicen que estan trabajando la situación, NUNCA LO ARREGLARON, en la mañana al levantarnos seguimos sin luz en el cuarto, por ende el agua estaba congelada no teniamos calentador. Bajamos al desayuno que solo existía 1 solo opcion huevos y una fruta que te la servian al plato 1 solo jugo de naranja y adivinen que? no nos dieron cafe porque no habia luz que sostuviera la cafetera by the way, NO TIENEN CAFETERA EN EL CUARTO NI BLOWER, bueno pues nos fuimos para la calle sin cafe, cuando regresamos en la tarde ya habian arreglado lo de la luz, pedimos si nos daban cafe y lo negaron porque no iban a ensuciar la cafetera y es en serio?? Bueno ni modo, al subir saben que??? NO HABIA AGUA!!!! Solo un poquitito y sabes que?? nuevamente sin calentador el miercoles y jueves nos tuvimos que bañar con botellas de agua que compramos porque solo nos dieron un galoncito de agua por habitación . Pedimos devolución de dinero o parte del mismo. Nos lo negaron porque ellos dicen que no era su culpa que el servicio de agua lo quito el municipio pero igual no es un hotel que esté preparado a situaciones. De algo estoy segura y es que JAMAS LOS VISITARIA.

El hotel cuenta con una excelente ubicación y el servicio al cliente fue muy amable en todo momento. No obstante, la habitación era calurosa debido a que el aire acondicionado está controlado centralmente, lo cual limita el confort. Durante nuestra estadía, hubo una interrupción de energía que dejó fuera de servicio los ascensores y nos dejó sin agua caliente, lo que fue bastante incómodo. Además, el desayuno, aunque incluido, ofrece un menú fijo sin variedad diaria. En general, es una opción aceptable, pero con áreas importantes que necesitan mejoras.

Great small botique hotel. I think it is recommendable for younger couples, because it has a rooftop. So expect some loud music durinf the weekends if you stay on the upper floor, but I didn't mind it. Nice rooftop that just got opened. The in-house restaurant is a little on the expensive side, you can get greater meals at other fancy places for way less.

Amazing hotel, location and staff

The Lin Boutique Hotel is a beautiful hotel and the staff totally AMAZING! I was in constant communication with the hotel for days before my trip and Brandon was very helpful and prompt to answer all my questions and help me schedule a taxy pickup upon my arrival. Upon check-in, they were all very helpful and friendly with great customer service skills. The location was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return on a future trip.
