Don't trust your booking with this hotel

The hotel said they never got my 3 nights booking from hotels.com but charged me for the last two nights..I had to fight to get my money back..the hotel sold on my room as it was a holiday weekend..hotels.com could not even contact the hotel for about a week to organise a refund..don't trust your booking with hotels.com and this hotel..the hotel said they are always having problems with hotels.com bookings..all lies dam lies

Estancia desagradable

Me fue muy mal. Empezando que no tenia ninguna reserva porque segun ellos, ustedes la habian cancelado. Debido al cansancio en que estabamos mi familia y yo, Tuve que solicitar nuevas habitaciones y por su puesto que me cobraron el doble de lo acordado. Y a la habitación le faltaba de todo, como jabones, toallas, sábanas, no hubo desayuno a la hora indicada. En fin fue muy mal servicio, tuve que pagar mayor valor. Ocasionandome un perjuicio y una mala estadía. Y ninguno se hace responsable del perjuicio causado.
