Tout le personnel est super sympa, donne de bons conseils pour visiter Medellin et ses environs, et raconte bien l'histoire de leur ville et leur pays. L'hôtel est dans une rue calme du beau quartier Laureles. C'est propre, les parties communes sont bien équipées, l'ambiance est très conviviale et on croise des voyageurs de toutes nationalités. Merci à toute l'équipe
