I really like the unique amenities on this property. It is super kid friendly. Ot has a large pool, a playfround, tennis courts and plenty of places on property to sit and relax.

The property was retro but clean. They probably need to do some updates to the rooms and maybe have designated rooms for dogs. Our room smelled like dog and had a musty odor.

Ashland Hills is away from hubbub of downtown but allows access to some of our favorite venues (golf course, thrift shops, shop n’ kart). And it’s dog friendly! We’ve stayed there for years & loved it. This time around we noticed a bit of a decline in maintenance & upkeep: torn curtains, dirty jacuzzi, broken closet doors. In addition, they’ve discontinued the continental bfast & raised the room rates. We’re on the fence if we’ll book next year’s vacation there or find somewhere else.

Pool is great, if not a little small for the size of the hotel. Food In the cafe was good - they were very under staffed though. The hotel is cute, could use a little updating and the refillable bottles in the shower instead of those tiny bottles that aren’t big enough for anyone’s head with hair. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Nice stay

Immaculate with great service

Beautiful location, mid century modern resort, with all the services. Electric charging, lush landscaping and spotless clean well equipped rooms. Highly recommend, especially as it’s pet friendly with a fenced in dog park at the rear.
