Great place for the whole family

We spent Father’s Day weekend visiting family and this house was perfect for all of us! The kids loved the pool and large grass area where they played baseball. The adults loved the BBQ and lounging by the pool. Home was super clean, host was great at communicating, and the house was stocked with all things to make our trip go smoothly. Can’t wait to stay again in the future!

House was clean and organized. Master bedroom mattress was awesome! My older son loved shooting a few hoops and the pool was hit with both boys. Easy to get around to the sites and whole family loved coming back to the house to relax. Host was most accommodating.

My husband, 12 year old daughter and I had a great time at this house! The pool was amazing - almost didn’t want to leave to go do all the other activities we planned while visiting this area of the state. The owner was super responsive to our questions. Clean, Comfortable & Relaxing

Three of us were in Medford for a Memorial Golf Tournament and had the pleasure of staying at the Capital House. Dan & Dianne were very hospitable! The home is located in a nice established, quite neighborhood and has all the amenities for a very comfortable and relaxing stay! We only wish the sun ☀️ cooperated so we could of enjoyed the pool. Will definitely stay here next year.
