Unpleasant odor, not clean.

Whatever cleaning products they use have an overpowering and unpleasant odor. You smell it the minute you walk in the front door. The rooms were not clean and had a very unpleasant odor to them. It was bad enough that it kept me awake. The linens were stained and had the appearance of not being freshly laundered. Walls dirty, bathrooms dirty, etc. the pool was cold and there was an outside door in the pool area that would not close. Although the property was in the midst of a remodel, I felt like it could have been cleaned and sanitized. The towels were old and some had holes in them. Hallways and stairs were dirty and appeared to have not been vacuumed for awhile. The staff was friendly enough, most of the issues were out of their control.

a restful stop

Good place to rest overnight on a long journey. Good pool; wonderful hot tub -- and I am grateful to the desk person for making it work for me. :) Restaurants are mostly a short drive away on the other side of the freeway. Only inconvenience was a long line of truckers waiting to get into their rest stop opposite the hotel. We had to manoeuvre among them....

La Quinta is changing name to the Hilton

Well for just being remodeled the closet door was off it's runners so couldn't use it,no microwave but there's one in the lobby, has a unoccupied restaurant out front and the homeless use it to park in, but the new shower is awesome.

The hotel was under construction, very noisy. When we arrived, we had to wait about 20 minutes to check in as there was no one in the lobby. There was no coffee machine in the room, but there was coffee, sugar and cream. Due to construction, only the main door was working, so we had to walk our dog through the lobby every time we had to leave.

The staff there was very rude and I got a suite that was really small and big holes the size of a basketball in the carpet. Not aloud to have any guest what so ever they can’t even stop by for just a minute while I changed clothes they kicked my family out. The breakfast was disgusting I think it was the leftovers from the day before. Will never go to any la Quinta ever again.

Great amenities. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Parking lots adjacent to the hotels parking lot had a bit of an unsafe feeling. People in broken down rvs, people living in vehicles. Broken down stripped vehicles. Not the hotels fault but its in a bad location .

I recently stayed at your La Quinta Central Point location. During my stay, our check in process was very smooth and easy, but once we got to our room we were having difficulty with our keys, we had to get multiple keys remade throughout our stay due to the door not unlocking. In the room we found dents in the walls, the room had a nasty smell, and the room was picked up but not clean. We also found animal poop on the ground and on one of the chair legs, there was dust everywhere, and the windows were dirty I went to the front desk and told them about my concerns, and they did not offer me a different room, they just told us we would have to wait to get our room cleaned untill the following day. The employee on duty didn’t see a problem with us staying in a room that was dirty, and once the cleaning lady did come she cleaned the room but did not clean the dog poop off the chair and when we brought it to the front desk’s attention once again, she told me that I would need to talk to the cleaning lady/crew because the cleaning lady didn’t speak English and she had no way to communicate with her staff, we stayed for a weekend, and it was honestly one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. I would not recommend staying at this hotel. If there was a way to give 0 stars, I would.

The manager was very kind and helpful. The property was a nice surprise for the price. Location right at the off-ramp but noise not too bad. It suited our purposes nicely and would stay again.
