Receptionist is ok. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable and excellent! They have laundry service that was completed within 24 hrs. They provided us with a nice fruit plate for each room. Room service was provided upon request. They provided us with the necessities everyday we stayed there, to make sure we did not run out. Excellent location food, shopping, & masjid nawabi and other mosques were within walking distance.

Location is ideal, very close to Haram. Service was excellent. Mr. khalid, House Keeping Manager was outstanding. He fulfilled all our house keeping requests. Many Thanks to him. Highly recommended for Madinah visitors

Please save yourself the money and go to another hotel. The towels, toilet paper, water were all missing. The first 30 minutes the front desk reception couldn’t find my booking. Everything in my room was unclean. The bathroom has mold. I’m glad that we booked only 2 nights.

Tiny room with even more tinier bathroom with some raggedy shower curtains. We booked 3beds, 1room and there was barely enough space to move around. Soup/stew stains in bedside drawer. The room needs remodelling. WC leaks when flushed. Don’t even look at the hair dryer on the wall. The only good thing about this hotel is how close it is to Masjid Nabawi (the Prophet’s (SAW) Masjid). Other than that, I will not recommend. I am not trying to destroy someone’s business but they need to do better.

Little gem

Close to Ali masjid. Easy walk to masjid Nabawi. Enough food places nearby. Cheap and cheerful. All the lifts and the AC worked. Clean shower room. Star level is correct.

They charge me online for double room.but did not gave me double room.also when i went to front counter/receiptetionist To complain about matter.they says even manager says we have not double room here.only 3 beds ina room.soo this was soo lie to me.even i was keep asking them..do u have double bed..n i got reply.yes u have double bed.it was bas experienced for me.i will never recomended any couple to go in this hotel

The hotel it self was very close to masjid al nawabi. Due to my son disability we were upgraded to a 5 bed, however dont be decieved by the picture of the bathroom. The bathroom is very small and tiny. The toilet was located behind the door and therefore when you sit on it the wall is touching your head. Khaled was very good and attended all to our needs.
