Nous sommes arrivĂ©s Ă  l’hĂŽtel assez tard dans la soirĂ©e. En entrant dans la chambre, nous avons constatĂ© plusieurs problĂšmes : un bruit constant provenant de la climatisation, un coffre-fort qui ne fonctionnait pas, ainsi qu’une fenĂȘtre mal isolĂ©e laissant passer l’air chaud et le bruit de l’extĂ©rieur. Nous avons immĂ©diatement contactĂ© la rĂ©ception pour signaler le bruit de la climatisation et le problĂšme du coffre-fort. Un membre du personnel est venu vĂ©rifier. Il a reconnu le bruit, mais nous a dit que ce n’était « pas si grave » et que nous pouvions dormir comme ça jusqu’au lendemain — avec une attitude qui donnait presque l’impression que nous exagĂ©rions. Concernant le coffre-fort, il n’a mĂȘme pas pris la peine de le vĂ©rifier. Il s’est contentĂ© de dire qu’il ne fonctionnait pas et qu’il n’y avait rien Ă  faire. Nous avons donc passĂ© toute la semaine Ă  garder nos passeports et notre argent dans nos sacs Ă  dos, faute de pouvoir les laisser en sĂ©curitĂ© dans la chambre. Enfin, la fenĂȘtre laissait passer beaucoup d’air chaud et de bruit, ce qui rendait la tempĂ©rature difficile Ă  rĂ©guler malgrĂ© la climatisation.

His professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine kindness made a significant impact on my experience. Whether it was assistance with check-in, recommendations for nearby attractions, or any special requests, he handled everything with a smile and a high level of efficiency. The hotel itself is well-maintained, clean, and offers a cozy atmosphere that makes guests feel at home. The rooms are spacious, well-equipped, and designed to provide maximum comfort. The housekeeping team does an excellent job in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene. Another highlight is the hotel’s location, which is convenient for travelers looking to explore the area.
