Property was nice, we checked in after 5pm and noticed cleaning items such as vacuum and mops were still left unattended in the corridor of our apartment. Parking was a painful issue. The parking specified that is affiliated with the hotel was full & not taking patrons due to other events nearby, this was not communicated via the hotel in advanced. Tried to call re parking to no answer. Surrounding parking lots for over night stay would cost anywhere between $150 - $200. It also added unnecessary stress of having to find parking nearby the hotel and to transport or luggage on foot across the distance. Ended up finding a street park nearby however had to constantly be mindful of paying parking meters throughout the duration of stay. It is very frustrating no onsite parking is available for guests and no communication re the affiliated parking lot was unavailable, had there been communication we could have avoided the stress and researched prior to arrival.
