Bad Experience

We booked a room for 6, but there was only accessories for 4. I called them nearly everyday to request for blankets, but only received SORRY and told that they cannot guarantee to provide the blankets. Since we have paid for 6 person, we should be provided with sufficient accessories. The instructions for opening the garage door was not clear, and we were unable to use the garage for first 2 days. The microwave and oven tray were oilly and dirty and there was no broom and mop for us to clean the room.

Not bad. Customer service could be a bit better. Hard to find contact details. Clean place otherwise. Remote for garage for missing as well but they gave us partial refund without any issues.
