From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, our experience at the Dorsett Hotel was nothing short of outstanding. Every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless and enjoyable — nothing was ever too much trouble. Communication was always clear, and access to all amenities was effortless, making our time there completely stress-free. A special mention goes to Aditga, the bar manager, and Susnant, the overall manager, who were both incredibly warm, professional, and attentive. Their genuine hospitality truly elevated our stay. The service throughout the entire hotel was simply fantastic — we couldn’t have asked for more. We left feeling relaxed, valued, and already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommended!

The standard of yhe hotel was great in general, breakfast was advertised at $30 in the lobby, it was charged at $39 as they provide a coffee with the breakfast, i received 1 coffee in three visits

Great location if using Southern Cross Station and very close to free tram stop. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Nice bathroom. Luggage storage was available and reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

Terrible check-in experiences. Left me beside the reception and asked me to sort out with Expedia, no empathy despite I was with two little kids. Failed to show me the referred policy despite my follow up with them while I was still there. Now told me that I did not make a complaint during the stay so nothing counted. Your staff members knew exactly what happened. Please get in touch with a formal complaint process. I have used Expedia to book lots of travels never had an issue. Think twice before you book with them. If you told your guests what needed to be done, you need to support your request with a written policy on front of them.
