The master bedroom is at the front of the house (Queen bed sleeps 2) and has built in robes and an ensuite that over-look the garden, there are three further bedrooms at the opposite end of the house comprising, bedroom 2 (2 x tri bunks, double on bottom and single at top Sleeps 6), third bedroom (Queen bed sleeps 2) and built in robes, fourth bedroom (2 x single beds sleeps 2). There are an array of extras including ample parking including a double lock-up garage, zoned cooling, full sized tennis court, huge pool and so much more. also to note the close proximity to Baked in Portsea for great coffee and food.
