The pillows stank from the sweat of a thousand heads, there was black mould in the bathroom, stains on the furniture. No hair dryer, no toaster. Exhaust fan in bathroom didn't work. No doona on the bed, just a thin old smelly blanket hidden inside the sheets. No extra blankets or pillows to be found. Had potential to be better if the room had a good clean, pillows replaced. Beds properly made with better bedding, carpet & upholstery cleaned. Felt a bit overpriced for what you got.

A good, honest place to stay. Not fancy, but well cared for by good staff. The off-street parking and easy access to trams and trains is a big winner.
