Featuring polished timber floors throughout, the cottage comfortably accommodates up to six guests across three spacious bedrooms. The master and second bedrooms each offer a queen bed, while the third bedroom includes two single beds, making it ideal for families with children or groups of friends. A family bathroom with a sunken bath provides a practical and relaxing space after a day of exploring the coastline.

The light-filled open-plan living and dining area is designed for year-round comfort. During winter, curl up beside the cosy Kinara wood fire, while summer stays are kept comfortable with reverse-cycle air conditioning and heating. Hilltop Cottage welcomes small, non-shedding hypoallergenic dogs by prior approval. The secure, fully fenced garden offers plenty of room for your four-legged family member to relax while you enjoy your coastal getaway. Please note that pets are not permitted on furniture or bedding and must be supervised at all times.

i. This property is the perfect venue for families and friends, couples, mothers group weekends and golfing weekends.

ii. A bond is required for all stays, which is refunded after the property is checked and there are no damages.

iii. This property welcomes small, non-shedding hypoallergenic dogs only, subject to prior approval. Additional pet terms and conditions may apply.

iv. Terms and conditions will be automatically emailed to guests after their reservation is confirmed via email. Please note Holiday Shacks requires all guests to sign and complete a No Party Policy document as part of our traveller verification process. Your booking is not confirmed until your traveller verification process has been completed and approved by us. All bookings are subject to approval pending guest verification. Local council restrictions are in place for this property and compliance is mandatory. Failure to complete the guest verification process within 24 hours of booking may result in automatic cancellation.

v. We do not accept schoolies, bucks or hens bookings, nor do we accept parties or events under any circumstances. This is due to strict council regulations enforced by the Mornington Peninsula Shire Council Short Stay Law, which all guests must agree to when booking. We thank you for your understanding.
