They want you to pay $50 deposit on arrival but then do not release the deposit after it was supposed to be released. If you stay here pay $50 cash so they have to give you $50 cash back for deposit otherwise you don’t see it ever again

the hotel is clean and tidy, excellent location just few minutes walk from skybus ,train and tram station. staff are friendly, and breakfast are healthy and yummy. only one point is that bathing glasswall with see through effect, if guests is share room, it will be quite embarassing.

Rooms are very clean and housekeeping tidy the room and change towels daily as requested. Hotel breakfast is simple but sufficient. Located just walking distance to Southern Cross Railway and tram stations. Overall very nice stay!

I found the check in process very frustrating, and was overcharged for parking. When I tried to have this resolved the staff were not very helpful. The rooms are ok but you wouldn't want to share a room with someone you are not intimately familiar with as the shower and toilet are basically part of the bedroom and you can hear and see everything.
