Nice basic hotel

Clean, tidy but basic hotel to stay in the CBD area. The hotel was under renovation, so there was only one lift available, which could create frustration if you were in a hurry. Our room was dated and the exhaust in the bathroom was a bit loud. So we had to shut the toilet door in order to sleep. But overall, it was a nice basic hotel for city centre.

The room was clean, but not the valve for the money.breakfast was ordinary, e.g the eggs were raw!bed comfort was just average, the shower had no exhaust fan, for mist over vanity. The toilet facility had the toilet rolls in awkward position.

Great location for easy of getting around the CBD either walking or on the tram. Great food options all within walking distance. Only let down on our trip was one elevator was out of service so caused a bit of waiting around. All in all enjoyed our stay.

Food was a bit pricey for buffet, we are used to Adelaide prices. Room was neat and tidy, perfect for a guys footy trip, A+++ Great value too
