The property is clean and rooms are nice. But there is no way to get hotel info because there is no phone. They siggest to use QR code but this does not function at all. No use of it. So had to go downstairs several times just to ask question. Very inconvenient.

Need serious update of software of the the AI computer screen check in. Didn't display the info regarding the extra charge of 100$ deposit holding although you have booked the room on line and all the info has already been provided. Need a mini shuttle to T4 as it is quite a walk expecially the weather is playing up. Thats the most impoortant reason you pay more than 200 $ to stay in an airport hotel for only a few hours between your flight. Also not much of airport run shuttle busues operte at wee hours in the morning.

Short stroll to airport and ptv buses and Skybus. Bed was very comfortable, room was very clean and we enjoyed a great buffet breakfast. Need to have better food options at night. For light snacks after arriving after flights.
