Great Location
Bed was great but pillows were very soft. The lounge area and kitchen was good. There was very poor wifi which made watching TV frustrating.

Average stay! Bad communication from the Hotel
Location was good close to restaurants and shopping areas. Property was well maintained and clean. Rooms were clean with good amenities.
However communication from the hotels side was poor. I only found out after I checked in that there was no Internet in the room I was in. Even the floor has pretty bad WiFi and couldn’t connect to it either.
After speaking with the receptionist she advised that she would consult with her team if they could change rooms and get back to me which she didn’t. They expected me to come to reception everyday to check with them!!!
As I was on a work trip I had to hot spot from my phone so I could connect to internet to work.
I later managed to get hold of the property manager Kai who was quite rude when I said I wanted to check out a day early because of no internet service and I wanted to go elsewhere. He said that I wouldn’t get a refund back from the hotel as it’s their policy. He said I could go to work in the business center instead which was on the same level as my room. But if I couldn’t connect in my room, how could i connect in the business center on the same floor? Also it’s not very convenient to be working the whole day in a business Centre when you have a room booked.
He refused a refund and also did not check for another available room with working WiFi for me. He didn’t really care about the situation and didn’t seem concerned at all. It was really bad customer service for the hotels side and it ruined the stay!!

Family
No hot water and no internet when we arrived. We reported in and were told someone will be in at 10 Friday. Came back at 8.30pm and still no hot water. A different person was on reception and moved us to a lovely unit but no internet. Great position.Handy to transport.
Horrific experience. Urine all over the apartment!!! Disgusting stench. Food stains
Dirt everywhere. Scheduled deep clean , constituted one cleaner for 11 mins.
After complaining, was moved to another apartment with no hot water. Was given bs story about how we would get hot water due to being high in the building. Cancelled our 30 day stay after a thoroughly stressful week.
Management totally incompetent, blatent lies and unwillingness to cooperate. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! its a health hazard.

"I stayed in this apartment for one week and while it was decent in terms of space/layout, there were some notable drawbacks. The biggest issue was the proximity to the railway - the constant sound of trains passing by day and night was a bit much to handle. Additionally, the surrounding area doesn't feel very safe at night, and I wouldn't recommend walking around after dark. If you're looking for a quieter and safer location, you might want to consider other options."

Good price but not many facilities around the property. Quck drive or Uber into the city though
Perfect location for us with family living nearby. Within 20-30min of city by public transport.
Apartment in pristine condition etc.
Very pleased with it. Good value for money.
Pleasant enough but the door was hard to open, had to almost shoulder it full body to open it. There was a lot of construction going on around the hotel as well and not many options for breakfast so we went into town instead. Overall we enjoyed our stay but unfortunately returned home with covid which may have been caught via the train not the hotel.

We had a lovely 2 bedroom apartment on the 19th floor which gave us stunning views towards the bay and the western suburbs. The room had all that was needed for an o/night stay. The room was lovely and clean, and the beds were reasonably comfortable. One drawback was that only one of the bedrooms had double glazed windows that cut down on the noise . The other room had single glass windows and there were overnight works going on at ground level that were extremely loud and disrupted my nights sleep.
It was so amaazing to find a 3 bedroom apartment we could stsy in with friends instead of having 2 seperate hotel rooms. Rare find to be able to cook breakfast all together wit

Poor interaction with staff. Long waiting time to check in.
Lovely hotel and surrounding just a little further east of Melbourne CBD. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming as this was our first time staying in Melbourne we didn’t feel unsafe or uncomfortable at all! Will definitely love to come back sometime.
I love watching the track riders exercise the horses in the early mornings. Although a few housekeeping requests had not been articulated before we arrived, the staff were very propt and accommodating with amending our requests. Only hiccup was the long delay waiting for a lift, but all in all, a very pleasant stay
