We welcome guests to book that are going to use the property respectfully. We have a very strict no party policy at the house, which means no loud music day or night and at 11pm we ask you to move inside with no noise to the neighbours. We love our neighbours and want to look after them.

Well behaved pet welcome but can only be contained securely on the back deck and is not to be on furniture or beds and all traces of pet need to be cleaned up prior to departure. Extra charges apply if this is not done.
