Stayed 4 nights. Overall stay was quite enjoyable with all amenities in the room to make it feel like you are at home. Reception and check in was quick and easy with everything explained on arrival. Required extra towels and laundry detergent which housekeeping supplied within 5 minutes of asking reception. Only thing that was a downside was the WIFI. Kept dropping out and losing connection. Tried to connect a google play device to tv but couldn't connect to Wi-Fi so was stuck watching free to air tv channels.

As a former hospitality manager, I look at all areas of my stay from the reservation process up to point of check out. Curb appeal, interaction with reception staff and room cleanliness are the top factors I look at during my stay. This hotel met all expectations. A very big shout out to the reception staff and their friendly customer service. I travel and stay at many different hotels and was very happy to see that customer service is paramount. In a 100 point quality assessment of property appeal, customer service and room cleanliness, I would score this location at a 90.

Pillows were uncomfortable and the bed very soft. People on the floor decided to party all night with loud music- this has nothing to do with the hotel- just rude and inconsiderate selfish people. The staff were very friendly and courteous! The room was spacious and very clean. I will be coming back again but i will be bringing my own pillow
