Ducted heating and refrigerated cooling throughout this lovely Lady home. You also have access to the double lock-up garage for 2 vehicles and an added bonus of access to the Settler’s Cove tennis courts.

3 nights or more: A full bed and bathroom linen package, including bathroom towels & pool towels for each registered guest is included with all bookings. BYO Beach Towels. Bathroom towels are not permitted to be used in the pool or beach.
2 nights: this property provides the basic linen package which includes mattress protectors, doonas, doona covers, pillows. You are to bring sheets, pillow cases, bathroom towels and bathroom linen. Hire linen is available. Contact our office for prices which includes delivery and bedding made up prior to arrival. Hire linen orders must be received at least 1 week prior to arrival during the year.

PETS
Your Pet is considered by application only. A description of your pet is required. Breed, Size, Age. Do not book then advise as we do not wish to disappoint if your pet is not approved by our owner. Pet Stay Fee applies. Property is fenced and secure.

A Security deposit of $2000 will be held on your stored Credit Card and pre authorised the day prior to arrival.
