Welcome to Saltwood Mornington, a conscious coastal retreat nestled between Mornington and Mount Martha. Set in a quiet, leafy pocket, this eco-friendly beach house offers a calm and relaxing escape designed to nurture both people and planet.

Thoughtfully styled with natural textures, low-tox finishes and sunlit open spaces, Saltwood encourages guests to slow down, reconnect and enjoy coastal living in harmony with nature. Gentle sea breezes flow through the home, while edible gardens, rainwater collection and sustainable furnishings reflect our commitment to conscious living.

The main home comfortably accommodates up to 7 guests, with the option to include a separate cottage for up to 3 additional guests (available for an additional fee), allowing up to 10 guests in total.

• Optional Cottage: Double bed and king single sofa bed (up to 3 guests)

Eco-conscious touches include plant-based cleaning products, natural linens, sustainable kitchenware, natural ventilation and gardens that support local wildlife.

Guest access includes the entire main house and double garage. Guests booking the cottage will also have exclusive access to that space.

All linen and bath towels are provided (please bring your own beach towels).

Please note: Saltwood is strictly non-smoking and is not suitable for parties, events, schoolies, hens or bucks gatherings.
