The bathroom was the highlight of our room, very clean and modern. Our room was tiny, we took the ironing board out of the cupboard so we could hang a few clothes up, could only fit 3 hangers. The website makes this hotel look a lot nicer than it is. It’s quite dark inside the public areas. The hallway carpet was very dirty looking. The biggest disappointment was the pool area. The seating outside was filthy and stained and some tiles on the small unheated pool were missing. We usually stay next door at Brady apartments and wish we had. We didn’t eat at the hotel as there are so many great eateries around. The only positive is it’s so convent for shopping with laneways and the main cbd 2 minutes walk.

The room was very clean and well presented, it was a very functional room despite not being super big! All the staff were very lovely and helpful! The hotel itself is in a very good location, very close to the mall and a walkable distance to most other things. We really enjoyed our stay!
