Experience exclusive use of the entire Woodman Estate, a rare lakeside sanctuary offering privacy, flexibility, and elevated comfort across four beautifully appointed residences set within expansive manicured grounds. Perfect for wellness retreats, corporate offsites, intimate celebrations, or relaxed group getaways.

The estate accommodates up to 30 guests (maximum 16 adults), with guests spread across a grand Manor House, three lakeside Chalets, and a spacious Spa House, all included in your private booking.

Whether you’re hosting lakeside yoga, a refined garden gathering, a creative retreat, or a memorable group celebration, Woodman Estate provides a truly unforgettable backdrop.

Inside the estate, the grand Manor House forms the heart of the experience. Designed in elegant Victorian style, it blends heritage charm with modern luxury. A sweeping staircase creates a striking arrival moment, perfect for photos or special entrances. At its centre, a fully renovated entertainer’s kitchen with an expansive island bench invites shared cooking experiences, catered events, or relaxed social dining.

The Manor offers multiple versatile living zones, including a refined lounge with an old-world club feel ideal for intimate conversation, a dedicated billiard room with full-size table and bar, and beautifully styled sitting areas throughout. The formal dining room provides a sophisticated setting for group meals but can also be transformed into a yoga studio, meditation space, or workshop area as needed. A secondary kitchenette adds further flexibility, ideal for catering preparation, high tea service, or cocktail setups.

The Manor comfortably sleeps 13 guests, configured as:

Bedroom 2: Queen bed + single bed

Bedroom 4: Queen bed
Bedroom 5: King bed + king single
Additional single bed available on request

Across the estate, three private lakeside Chalets sit directly on the water’s edge, offering peaceful seclusion and immersion in nature. Each chalet is fully self-contained with a king bed, optional fold-out bed, private kitchenette, living space, and balcony overlooking the lake. These spaces are ideal for couples, retreat facilitators, or guests seeking additional privacy within the group setting.

The Spa House provides a spacious and modern group residence designed for comfort and connection. It features four bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a full kitchen, and open-plan living and dining areas, making it perfect for families, support teams, or additional guest accommodation. Bedding includes king rooms plus flexible bunk configurations to suit group needs.

Set across breathtaking grounds, the estate is anchored by a private 5-acre lake home to swans, ducks, and abundant birdlife. Guests can enjoy a full-sized floodlit tennis court, manicured English-style gardens, rose beds, and kitchen gardens, as well as walking tracks and open lawns ideal for movement, meditation, or relaxation. A secure gated entrance and tree-lined driveway complete the sense of arrival and exclusivity.

A professional-grade commercial kitchen is also available for catered events, cooking experiences, or private chefs, making the estate highly adaptable for both intimate and larger group dining.

Enhance your stay with curated experiences including lakeside yoga sessions, wellness retreats, high tea on the lawns, or a full “Bridgerton-style” experience complete with butler service and silver-service dining. We also work with premium local caterers for everything from corporate lunches to shared culinary experiences.

Woodman Estate is ideally suited to wellness retreats, corporate offsites, hens weekends, golf groups, and intimate weddings (by approval only). The estate is located in Moorooduc, right in the heart of the Mornington Peninsula wine region, offering easy access to:

Intimate weddings are available by prior arrangement only, with a venue hire fee of $5,000 and a maximum of 50 guests including on-site guests.
