A super-stylish detached brick and flint property, Holly Cottage is fashionably modern and has oodles of space. Inside and out, it won't disappoint. The hub of the house is its spacious light and airy kitchen / diner which spills on to the rear enclosed garden, via french doors, on to the outdoor relaxing and eating area - it's secure for children and the dogs to play safely while you cook up a storm in the well-equipped kitchen. The sitting room oozes comfortable charm, with its cosy wood burning stove, ample seating and Smart television, plus there's another seating area around an ornamental fire in the entrance hall with a working from home desk, as well as a wee snug just off the sitting room, with a sofa for complete peace and quiet. The ground floor also has a double bedroom - ideal for older guests or those with limited mobility - and a shower room next door. On the first floor are three lovely bedrooms; the Master has a king-size bed and en-suite with a bath and separate shower, one room is a double and the other is a bunk room and these two share the family shower room. With plenty of parking for four cars in the driveway, a one minute walk to the local pub from the left of the front door and the village green and pond to the right, this bolthole couldn't be a more perfect Norfolk hideaway!

Holly Cottage offers guests the chance to spend time away together in a fabulous cottage in the heart of a lovely Norfolk village. By car, Holly Cottage is minutes from the Georgian market town of Holt, one of Norfolk's true gems, and is less than half an hour away from many stunning Blue Flag, family and dog friendly beaches along the coast.

Three well-behaved dogs welcome (small additional charge).
The bunk beds in bedroom four are for children only.
A mixture of feather and synthetic bedding is provided.
Infants are welcome but no baby equipment is provided - please bring your own travel cot, linens and high chair.
There is no barbecue at the property.
Please note: There is no hot water in the downstairs bathroom tap on the sink.
