You’ll love the LOCATION, the building history, exposed brick, the new high-end appliances including washer/dryer, no stairs (first floor access), gated off-street parking, building security & smart home technology.
The space
You not only have the benefit of being located in the heart of Memphis within walking distance of nearly anything you might want to see downtown, but the space is completely upgraded with top-of-the-line appliances & state-of-the-art smart home technology. It's a perfect confluence of historical elegance with modern convenience.
Guest access
You have exclusive use of the entire condo, including bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room, and the washer/dryer.
You also have have a dedicated parking space in the gated parking lot adjacent to the building.
Other things to note
This is a one-bedroom condo with a queen bed, but I also provide a self-inflating queen-size Aerobed complete with sheets & blankets that you can use to easily accommodate a total of four people.
