Welcome to Bluff City Luxe, located in the historic Midtown Memphis! Found on the 2nd story of a converted American Foursquare built in 1910, you are within walking distance from many local restaurants, shops, entertainment venues, breweries, museums and attractions, medical facilities, and much more!
As you arrive, you will find comfort in the gated property, offering free and secure parking for your stay. As you step into your newly renovated home in the heart of Memphis, you’re greeted by 2,000 square feet of inviting space. The historic charm of the building is immediately evident, yet modern amenities abound. The 10ft ceilings give the apartment an airy, open feel, and you can already imagine yourself settling into this comfortable, stylish space for the long term.
To your left, the full-sized chef’s kitchen catches your eye. Stainless steel appliances and a fully stocked kitchen offer invites you to whip up a gourmet meal or simply enjoy your morning coffee. The kitchen’s spacious design, complete with ample counter space, makes it a pleasure to cook or entertain.
Moving further in, you enter the living area. Sunlight pours in through large windows, illuminating the natural light-filled space. Relax here after a long day, perhaps with a book from the thoughtfully curated selection, or catch up on your favorite shows on the 65" smart TV. There’s even yoga equipment ready for you to unwind and stretch out.
