Hotel was great. Super clean and very nice. Really liked that it’s a fenced and gated parking lot. Only complaint is that our room never got below 75 degrees but it was tolerable. Fantastic value.

The staff is great. The free breakfast was acceptable. The check-in is an attempt to be super-automated, but the process needs to be slicked up. Self service snack stand was good. Furniture in room was very worn. Leather on the footrests was flaking and coming off. Desk chair was very old and didn't roll well. Old soap was left on the bathroom sink. Tub was very slippery; you guys need some mats or traction stickers. Another bar to hold onto would also be good.

The staff was excellent! The property is located in an area that was great, went downhill, but is transitioning in a positive direction. Vitality hotel has a fence around the perimiter, and 24 hour security. Room was clean, bed great, but some room fixtures (in our room) were slightly worn and in need of replacement.
