Convenient City Stay

We came to town for a basketball game and a little sight seeing. Great location and a very beautiful space. Convenient to Downtown, Civil Rights Museum, FedEx Forum and the riverfront. Walls are paper thin so you can hear everyone and they can hear you (so bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper). Kitchen could be a little more well stocked if you actually plan to use it.

Location to River front and also Beale street was excellent. Check in codes didn’t work and had to call and were given new codes. Otherwise, nice to have immediate response via phone. All good.

What an amazing experience. Usually on short trips we stay in hotels but decided to give this place a shot. The pictures were nice and the reviews were much better than any hotel in the area. Check- in was not until 4 and our flight landed around noon. We were able to access the building and store our luggage in lockers located in the basement. This was very convenient and we were able to do a little exploration before check in. We returned about an hour before check in and the cleaning person had not started our room, but she graciously volunteered to let management know as soon as she finished so that we were able to access the room. I am a person who feels more comfortable speaking to customer service over the phone so communicating through text was something i felt different about. it was EASY! They always responded within 5 minutes and everything from me asking about the lockers to accessing the room earlier was seamless. The inside was immaculate. Everything was clean, the place is spacious and well laid out. Everything worked and the overall vibe felt like home. The apartment is located in an area that is easily walkable to museums, beale st, and the Grizzlies arena. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone visiting Memphis.

The good: Great building and room. Comfy. Cool exterior pool area. Short walking distance to Beale Street and a but longer to Sun Records. Shirt 15 min drive to Graceland. The bad: Confusing check in procedures and poor clarity regarding parking availability. Roof leaked during heavy rain and maintenance walked right into the room while we were inside before we could even respond to the one knock and then uninvited entry (super disturbing). Sketchy neighborhood.
