There is a sofa sleeper and a murphy bed too, so six can be accommodated in the bedrooms with an additional three in the extra sleeping areas. There is an additional charge for guest over six. In unit laundry facilities are free.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Lock windows, turn air to 74 in summer and heat to 66 in winter.
Please wash and dry any beach towels you've used for the hot tub.
Leave the comforters in the bedrooms, bed down if Murphy was used and doggy dodo picked up, grill cleaned and outdoor toys put away if used. Thank you!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
