Hacienda Mérida is a charming, centrally located gem—just a short walk from key attractions like the Mérida Cathedral, Paseo de Montejo, Santa Lucía, and the city’s renowned gastronomy street. The front office team was exceptionally warm and accommodating, even assisting with planning day trips to Uxmal, Chichén Itzá, and Valladolid before our arrival. The rooms were spotless and cleaned daily. We absolutely loved our stay at Hacienda Mérida and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it or return in the future.

Hotel Hacienda Merida is a charming, well maintained boutique hotel. The staff was welcoming and attentive, and the room was cleaned to perfection each day. Breakfast served on the outside patio was a lovely start to the day. If you like salsa dancing, La Negrita is a short walk down the street. I loved staying at Hacienda Merida. It made my last few days in Merida a pleasure!

Beautiful old world atmosphere with the most lovely staff. The grounds are beautiful with three pools. Location was very walkable to many main attractions. I would love to stay there again. Thanks especially to Alberto and Adelita.

A beautifully restored property in lovely Mérida. Off street Parking is just around the corner and plenty good restaurants and cafes within walking distance. We were in a standard double which was rather dark (likely good when weather is hot) so we lounged around by the pool when not out exploring. Bathroom drains can get a bit smelly from time to time but to be expected of a sympathetically restored historic building.

Great hotel for price

Wonderful hotel! From the outside it looks small, but on the inside it is huge! Rooms are very spacious. Rooms and hotel is a but older; but that is part of the charm. The staff is very kind and accommodating. There is a laundry service as well. Pool is nice to lay and sit by. Restaurant is there too, we did not eat at it but saw plenty of people having breakfast. Hotel is in the heart of downtown Mérida and direct access to everything you want and need! Definitely recommend staying here. Reasonably priced.
