I am requesting a refund. Last night I tried to contact you, but nobody followed up on my complaint. Around 10:30 p.m., I saw one large dead cockroach and another one alive in my room, which I had to kill. When I reported this to the receptionist, he told me I could use a spray — which is a completely inappropriate response. I explained that I have asthma, and he replied that I should have told them earlier. I said that I should not have to notify the hotel in advance in order to avoid being exposed to pesticides.
I was moved to another room, but I still could not sleep well. There was no blanket, I was unsure if there were more cockroaches, and there was no fridge in the room. Overall, I am very upset with Expedia for this experience and the lack of proper support.
