Parked over night , had few bikes on trailer were passing thru, parked right in front of camera. Staff said was safe and they’re monitoring cameras all night , woke up in morning found out bikes are missing , turns out the 2 cameras facing trailer aren’t working , only footage is from camera further down , and looks like inside job , employees kept walking in and out. And we recognized one of the staff on the trailer in the video , all we could do is file police report , just be careful, staff will rob you

Not the usual Home2 experience

Conveniently located off the interstate and friendly staff. Signs said they were doing renovations which seemed to be the excuse for why it was so dirty. Hallways full of debris, dirty, hair, etc. Didn’t look like the room had been vacuumed recently either. Usually love a Home 2 Suites but was disappointed by this one.

Our room was clean but the breakfast area was not very clean. They were working on updating some things in the hotel. I noticed that all the fabric on the chairs in the dining area had dirty marks on them.

The hotel was under renovationsand had a lot of dust. Also, needs to update pillows and sheets. The manager did state that they would be. I just would not have bookec if I had know it was under renovations.

This is now my second time within the past six months staying here and will be back - the place is conveniet near the highway, bed is comfortable, shower is hot and wonderful, it is quiet, the breakfast is delicious along with coffee and the staff is beyond wonderful!!!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The amenities were great. The bath room was dirty. The shower had grime and soap scum. Looked like mouse droppings on the sink counter under the microwave.

In spite of the fact that the girl at the front desk telling us that they “made our beds really good” (something I’d assume happens daily and doesn’t need to be mentioned) and hearing about her domestic issues, the bathroom was disgusting. Mold in the shower that you’d have to be legally blind to miss, and peeling dirty wallpaper, it was so bad I debated even taking a shower, and I was in Afghanistan and Iraq. From 100 feet the interior of the hotel looks ok. But everything is dirty. I used the bathroom in the lobby and went to use a tissue to blow my nose - the top of the tissue was dry, but as I started to pull it up, the entire box was soaking wet. This place needs serious work. And to the girl at the front desk, maybe don’t talk about your personal issues while on the clock. It’s a little unsettling. But I hope it all works out for the best.

The bathrooms needed some deep cleaning. We had 2 rooms and one shower had mold in it. Everything else was okay though. Good breakfast and nice gym area.

The property is clean and quiet. The staff members are bery professional and ready to assist you with your needs. The manager is phenomenal and as is the front desk receptionist.
