It has a lovely 45 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, five bedrooms, two shower rooms and a 600 m² garden with terrace and swimming pool. Wifi included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises

Ground floor:
- A 45 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area
- Kitchen with dining area, equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: king-size bed (180×200)
- A shower room (with shower and double washbasin) and adjoining utility room
- Separate WC

First floor:
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 4: children's bedroom with two bunk beds
- Bedroom 5: children's bedroom with two bunk beds
- Fully renovated shower room with walk-in shower

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, baby seat, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, two fridges, iron and ironing board.

Outside:
- A private, heated 8.5×4.2 m² swimming pool open from June to September, secured by a barred cover. On request and subject to approval, it can be heated outside these dates.
- 600 m² enclosed garden, south-west facing

The house is ideally located in Meschers-sur-Gironde, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll enjoy the immediate proximity of all the essential shops, as well as numerous boutiques, restaurants, bars and the local market. Everything is within walking distance, so you can make the most of your stay.
