Casa Miravalle is in a beautiful neighbourhood, located right by Parque México. The apartment is nicely decorated, comfortable, clean, and, despite its central location, surprisingly quiet. The staff working here were lovely as well.

I loved the Mexican charm lacking in my friends' accommodations next door. Lovely room and rooftop patio. GREAT neighborhood. Loved the coffee shop in the lobby. The construction next door was difficult to manage, but the hotel can't control that. Also, in the interest of full disclosure, it should be noted that the airconditioning was only in one of the two bedrooms and not in the main living space. But that didn't really affect my visit. I would wholeheartedly recommend this place.

Perfectly located in Condesa right next to the park. Check in was smooth, and the staff were super helpful and friendly. I was also able to store my bags after checking out. Rooms were clean, however my room did have a bedroom door that wouldn't close fully and a drawer that also wouldn't close. Slight maintenance would be recommended. Other then that was a nice place to stay for a few nights!

First of all, Casa Miravalle is in an excellent location - right on the Parque de Mexico, a charming park where something interesting is always happening - and surrounded by a huge variety of restaurants and night life. Second, it is within walking distance of a number of key places, like the Parque de Chapultepec where the Museum of Anthropology is, and close to a metro stop (Chilpancingo). Third, the beautifully decorated suite we stayed in looked directly at the park with floor to ceiling windows, a nice bathroom, an extremely comfortable bed, and a very functional kitchenette. But the best of all was the staff - helpful, attentive and friendly. I ate something I shouldn't have and ended up a bit ill and they were absolutely great - I can't say enough good things about them.

Fantastic stay. We just got home from a week vacation at this accommodation. We went with our 1 year old son and were very satisfied with our stay. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. They provided us with a crib for our baby. The room was nice, clean, and perfect for us. There was a kitchen and a living space separate from the bedroom and a private terrace. The location was PERFECT. Easily walkable to anything you could want. There is a cafe inside the hotel. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend and will stay here again if/when we return to CDMX.

Muy bonito todo pero la iluminación para arreglarse es baja así que cuesta trabajo verse bien. Y el lavabo del baño era tan pequeño que para lavarnos la cara sacábamos agua hacia el piso y la puerta del baño se abría hacia adentro así que estorbaba bastante. Fuera de eso todo súper bien.

This was a wonderful place to stay with our three kids. Plenty of space. Well appointed. Just generally very clean, safe, and cute. There's a coffee shop on the ground floor and always a doorman for security. The location is just incredible. It's right across from Parque Mexico and right in the middle of Condesa. SO many cute restaurants and coffee shops. It's worth noting that they're doing construction next door so there was some sort of drilling beginning around 8:30 on weekdays. Didnt bother us so much with early risers, but would be annoying if you're a late sleeper.

Perfect Accommodations!

We could not have picked a more perfect place to stay! Casa Miravelle is located directly across from Parque Mexico in the Hippodromo area of Condesa. Surrounded by wonderful eateries, gorgeous flora/fauna, and a wonderfully safe and clean part of Mexico City. The accommodations were fantastic, a little wrestling with the bathroom door in the way that it opened, but not enough to deter us from staying there again. The unit was extremely clean, plenty of space to unpack a weeks worth of closing to put in drawers or hang. The kitchen was sufficiently stocked with items, and we were able to spread out and enjoy it like we were home away from home. The staff was incredibly kind and we look forward to going back again in the coming year.

Great place and location, with walking distance to many restaurants, cafes, and many attractions. The large park across the street was filled with locals walking their dogs and families, it felt safe to walk there day or night. We rented a large 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment with a living/dining room, a full kitchen, balcony, a washer/dryer and a dishwasher. The place was clean and well appointed. It was quiet early mornings and evenings but not during the day because of nearby construction noise. The building is more like an apartment complex than a full service hotel, meaning that you won’t find concierge, bellboy, front desk, in-room dining or daily cleaning services. The doorman and superintendent were nice and helpful.

With out any notice at all, the unit they put us in was directly adjacent to a building that was being demolished right outside our bedroom and living area window. Needless to say, it was loud and the unit had a layer of construction dust everywhere. When we asked to switch rooms, the manager said there were none available so we decided to book another hotel, at a great cost to us. When the manager saw us leaving with our bags, he told us there would be a different room available tomorrow. Too late as the other hotel we booked was non-refundable. I believe they were calling our bluff and suddenly came up with another room when they saw us leaving. The silver lining is that the Expedia agent was super helpful and was able to get us a full refund. Too bad because the location was great, right across the street from Parque Mexico and lots of great dining options.

Casa Miravalle is in a lovely location right across the street from a pretty and well-used park. Our place was quite spacious and well-equipped, though dark. The doormen are lovely! The hotel is generally not as nice as the photos, our terrace has a pigeon problem and needed a good scrubbing. But the rooms were very clean and overall the building has good bones. I was very disappointed that the rooftop was unusable due to construction next door. It’s quite a big project and seems be moving slowly. The noise is not bad at all, in fact I found the place very quiet for a big city, but seeing as this was a getaway from a cold wet winter I would have loved to be able to spend some time in a chaise in the sun. We sat up there a bit on Sunday when no one was working and it was very pleasant. We were there for a week and I thought they should have given clean towels and maybe some cleaning at least once but no one entered our suite in that entire time. We were able to use google translate to ask for garbage bags and toilet paper so we didn’t suffer. This is a ramble, but overall I would stay again, aware of the limitations, and I would request a room facing the park. And frankly if it was perfect, with no construction, fresh paint and fixtures, and room service daily…I wouldn’t be able to afford that wonderful location. 3.75 stars, with an extra half for the doorman = 4.25

The property was beautiful and clean and the room was so lovely, but unfortunately there was very loud construction taking place that we were not made aware of before booking or upon arrival. I booked a room with a balcony to enjoy wine and coffee in privacy and was not able to use it the entire time. There was tarp overhead and the construction woke us up around 7 am every morning. Large rocks and boulders were falling from the sky everyday to the point that we were unable to use the balcony for fear of being hit by them. Upon telling hotel management, they didn't seem to care. They simply said, we'll tell the construction workers. No offer to move rooms or an apology or anything. When I contacted Expedia after my stay to request just a partial refund for the balcony I booked that I wasn't able to use, I was told because I stayed for the entirety of my trip, that was not an option. I have plenty of pictures and this was still not enough. Im extremely disappointed with the hotel and Expedias stance on this and not wanting to take care of a customer for a reasonable ask.

We love the location of this property as well as the spacious rooms. The en suite shower did not drain so we just used the main shower. The communication with the property manager was poor. Several days after we left we got a response. The security officer was amazing.
