There was a weird smell when coming into the room. I paid extra for my room and it didn't have AC which was okay because it wasn't too hot this time of year. The morning before leaving there was no water to shower which was huge no. I would probably wouldn't stay here again.

I stayed at Casa Olea for 6 nights and felt welcomed from day one. The staff was friendly and courteous, the facility was extremely clean, and daily room service was a great touch. The area is safe, walkable, and close to many main points in CDMX. Check-in and check-out were easy, the on-site cafeteria was convenient, and I loved having AC in the room. I also appreciated the added services like on-site doctor visits and airport transportation. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

I enjoyed my stay at Casa Olea, it was easy to find, fast check in, and a comfortable stay. It was also a central place to stay in, very short commute to the airport, downtown and other attractions. Would stay here again.

During my stay, one of the nights a room had loud music after 12 midnight. I am a very light sleeper therefore, it was impossible to sleep. Had to go down to front desk to have security guard have guests lower music down. Once security left, guests increased music louder. Other than that, the hotel itself was great. Hotel was clean and staff were great. I would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Really clean and friendly . This place doesn't have an AC but the fan they provided us cools the room. Recommended to book around fall or winter if you want a cool enough room. Overall great experience would book again
